Completed Kitchen and Bath in condo
We replace the ill fitted cabinets with Armstrong kitchen cabinets "Tiara style" painted in white.
We took advantage of the angle walls by creating custom cabinets to mold around the wall and use every inch of the space, top and bottom. We used a oven cabinet with additional storage and less wasted space.
We added the correct cabinets around sink and on the adjacent angle wall. We also added the correct under cabinet lighting and a light rail molding.
Over all the kitchen looks light and airy, and the client loves the fact that they are using every single inch of there small space.
In the bathroom, we removed the old cabinetry and re configure the space to make it usable.
We added a free standing socking tub and gave the client a bit more storage space
We ended up replacing most of the tile through out the condo as it was installed on hardwood floors. We also had to replace some of the electrical work done previously because of unsafe installation and damaged wiring. We also replace the carpet and painted though out. Over all a well planed and executed project by the crew at Kitchen Kreations.
Before pictures of condo kitchen & bath project
We just completed a project that was to be a simple replacements of cabinets and counters.
looking at this kitchen you would think nothing is wrong.
If you look closely at the entire kitchen you will be amaze what people can do to save a buck. The under cabinet lights they did not fit under the cabinets, they were mounted poorly. The oven/microwave combo cabinet had so much dead space
The cabinets looked like they are in great shape but they were not. The angle walls are always tough when installing cabinetry. they decided to install tiny cabinets around the range and cover the rest of the angles with spacers. and the installation was so poorly done that a lot of the doors could not open properly.
and the counter tops look brand new. The cabinet left of the sink is another sink cabinet with a dummy drawer, and the pantry next to it was hacked in the back and inside to make it fit around the angle walls
They used two large vanities with 1 small bank of drawers with two oversize fillers to make up for the unused space. The Old tub was cover with cheep marble tile and they cover the storage above tub.

Vetrazzo matched with Silestone
We made another customer happy last week when we installed their new kitchen counter tops.
The island is made with Vetrazzo a recycled glass surface. The customer selected the color Alehouse Amber with Patina. Vetrazzo is a incredibly durable and easy to maintain surface that is not only beautiful it is good for the environment.
The main counters in the kitchen are made with Silestone, a beautiful quartz surface. The customer selected the color Capri Limestone. We installed the counters with a 1 1/2'' square edge detail and a under mounted sink cut out. Behind the range we installed a large backsplash that looks beautiful and will really help make this area easy to clean. The only thing left to do is have the Range and hood installed and this kitchen is ready to use.

New Long Beach Project.
We completed another renovation in the beautiful condominium complex Bixby Riviera, located in the Bixby Hill area of Long Beach, CA. This particular client did not want a complete kitchen and bath remodel, they wanted to upgrade their existing cabinets and flooring to give the home a fresh updated look. Here are a few pictures of the existing kitchen.
In the kitchen we removed the existing linoleum floor and installed new 12x12 porcelain tile on a straight pattern. We continued the porcelain tile into the entry area and the downstairs guest bathroom. We removed the existing florescent lights in kitchen, installed 6 recessed can lights, and repaired all drywall in the light well. We demolished the existing tile counter tops and were able to save the existing tile backsplash in order to help the client stay within their budget. The client decided to go with Cambria, color "Darlington" for the counter tops. Cambria is a quartz surface made in the USA that is nonporous and nonabsorbent resisting stains such as coffee, tea and wine.
We provided and installed new faucets and angel stops in the kitchen, guest bathroom and master bathroom. In the bathroom the client went with Kohler Devonshire fixtures in the Oil Rubbed bronze finish. In the kitchen the client went with a Kohler Pull Down faucet in a Polished Chrome finish. We also provided and installed a new InSinkErator Invite Single Handle Hot Water dispenser in a chrome finish.
